For over 27 years I’ve successfully and efficiently provided IT services to satisfied business and residential customers.
I’ve owned and operated multiple successful IT companies in multiple states, worked with and for other IT Managed Service Providers, and worked in multiple industries, such as media, finance, healthcare, insurance, and the resort industry.
I’ve worked in the field as a break-fix technician, in the datacenter as a network engineer, and in the office as a manger of IT business applications, infrastructure and development teams.
I hold multiple IT certifications and continue to certify on new technologies.
My experience working in various industries led me to expand my creative pursuits, thus I also do web development, game development, graphic design, branding, social media marketing and content creation, as well as art and photography.
But what makes me stand out most is my no nonsense approach.
When we discuss your situation, I not only seek to understand what it is you want, I try to understand what it is you NEED.
Most IT providers will try to sell you on the product or service that they have partnered with a specific vendor or the one they want to support. These are typically solutions that make them the most money with the least amount of effort. Although this is a logical choice, This is not my approach.
I look at your situation holistically and find the solution that not only meets your needs now, but provides you a path to meet your needs in the future. I look at all the available solutions and help you determine which one is going to work best for YOU. If I have a preference for a particular product (every IT professional does), I will tell you my opinion why I prefer that solution, but I will always present options.
